Шляхи підвищення енергоефективності галузей народного господарства за рахунок заходів енергозбереження

Abstract

UA: У статті проаналізовано праці вітчизняних учених та практиків за представленою тематикою. Доведено актуальність застосування заходів енергозбереження в галузях народного господарства. Означено причини впровадження шляхів підвищення енергетичної ефективності підприємств промисловості та транспорту. Встановлено та доведено необхідність проведення комплексного енергетичного обстеження споживачів паливно-енергетичних ресурсів, тобто проведення енергоаудиту. Представлено етапи енергоаудиту. Наведено класифікацію заходів енергозбереження. Оскільки ефективність використання паливно-енергетичних ресурсів визначається багатьма чинниками, то для оцінювання ефективності заходів енерго- та ресурсозбереження визначено види показників. Визначено основні принципи, на яких повинні базуватися підходи до вибору показників ефективності заходів енерго- та ресурсозбереження. Розглянуто взаємозв’язок енергозбереження й енергоефективності.

EN: The purpose of the study is to summarize energy conservation measures. Identification of the main reasons for irrational use of energy resources by enterprises of the national economy. Overview of the issue of energy audit and determination of its stages. Confirmation of the need to increase the efficiency of enterprises of the national economy by implementing energy-efficient measures. Demonstrating the feasibility of using certain indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of energy and resource conservation measures. Energy conservation is relevant in almost all countries of the world, especially those that are not rich in energy. This is due to rising prices for basic, traditional types of energy and reducing their global reserves. The article analyzes the works of domestic scientists and practitioners on the presented topics. The urgency of the application of energy saving measures in the sectors of national economy is proved. The reasons of introduction of ways of increase of energy efficiency of the enterprises of the industry and transport to which the increase of cost of energy resources, rapid change of climate in Ukraine are identified. As a large number of buildings, both residential and industrial, do not meet the requirements of energy conservation, the introduction of new and development of existing methods of improving the energy efficiency of the national economy is an urgent task. The necessity to conduct a comprehensive energy survey of consumers of fuel and energy resources in order to establish the efficiency of their use of fuel and energy resources and to develop economically sound measures to reduce fuel costs and energy supply, ie energy audit. The stages of energy audit are presented.
