Управління витратами підприємств залізничного транспорту в контексті цифрових трансформацій: теоретико-методологічний аспект

Abstract

UA: У статті відзначено, що в умовах наростання зовнішніх загроз, викликаних пандемією коронавірусу та розгортанням воєнного конфлікту на території України, особливої актуальності набуває питання управління витратами підприємств залізничного транспорту за рахунок підвищення операційної ефективності діяльності підприємств галузі. Доведено, що реалізувати зазначене можливо шляхом використання цифрових рішень як основи оптимізації та модернізації бізнес-процесів діяльності вітчизняних підприємств залізничного транспорту. Такі технології, як штучний інтелект, великі дані, технології автоматизації та роботизації сприяють перетворенню традиційних операційних процесів у більш інтелектуальні, швидкі та безпечні бізнесоперації. Досліджено традиційні та цифрові підходи до управління витратами підприємств, у т. ч. залізничного транспорту. Розкрито ключові особливості та цифрові інструменти управління витратами підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах трансформації бізнес-середовища їх функціонування.

EN: The article notes that in the context of increasing external threats caused by the coronavirus pandemic and the deployment of a military conflict on the territory of Ukraine, the issue of managing the costs of railway transport enterprises by increasing the operational efficiency of industry enterprises is becoming particularly relevant. It is proved that it is possible to implement this by using digital solutions as the basis for optimizing and modernizing the business processes of domestic railway transport enterprises. Technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, automation and robotization technologies contribute to the transformation of traditional operational processes into more intelligent, faster and safer business operations. In particular, robotization of processes allows you to reduce the time required to perform laborintensive manual tasks, and redistribute the released resources. Thanks to this, employees will be able to invest time in projects that focus on strategic business goals. At the same time, automating repetitive manual tasks and implementing software warns managers about inconsistencies, helps reduce the likelihood of critical errors, and ensures smooth operation. Artificial intelligence and machine learning allow you to analyze big data, optimize customer interaction processes, and provide decision support. Digital tools are developed using modern technologies such as cloud computing, machine learning, blockchain, promote effective cost management, improve control and optimization of resource use, ensuring the growth of profitability and competitiveness of the enterprise. Traditional and digital approaches to cost management of enterprises, including railway transport, are studied. Key features and digital cost management tools of railway transport enterprises in the context of transformation of the business environment of theirfunctioning are revealed. It is proved that the full realization of the potential of digital technologies as a cost management tool for railway transport enterprises also requires the development of a roadmap for flexible transformation of business processes of railway industry enterprises, the formation of flexible teams that include, along with experts in the field of railway transport, automation consultants, artificial intelligence, business analysts, mentors, etc.
