Механізм соціально-господарської відповідальності на залізничному транспорті

Abstract

UA: Статтю присвячено вдосконаленню механізму соціально-господарської відповідальності на залізничному транспорті задля забезпечення сталого зростання галузі в сучасних умовах. Розкрито зміст економічного, соціального, політичного й нормативного підходів, сутність соціально відповідального господарювання. Запропоновано механізм управління соціально-господарською відповідальністю на залізничному транспорті, який являє собою послідовне проходження через етапи планування, реалізації, контролю й звітності, що допомагає інтегрувати сукупність зусиль у сфері соціально-господарської відповідальності та управлінських завдань у єдиний блок бізнес-процесів. Встановлено, що важливим результатом соціально-господарської відповідальності є створення позитивного іміджу залізничної галузі. З’ясовано внутрішню та зовнішню компоненти процесу формування позитивного іміджу залізничного транспорту.

EN: The article is devoted to improving the mechanism of socio-economic responsibility in railway transport in order to ensure sustainable growth of the industry in modern conditions. The approaches and essence of socially responsible business are clarified. It is established that in a broad sense, socio-economic responsibility is a voluntary contribution of enterprises to the development of society in the social, economic and environmental spheres, often not related to the direction of their main activity, but goes beyond a certain legislative minimum and ethical standards adopted in society. It is concluded that in our time, no key decision in railway transport should be made without taking into account the interests of stakeholders, the most important groups of which are the state, employees, non-working pensioners, clients, commercial partners, society and various communities. The activities of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” in the field of socio-economic activities should be aimed at: improving the quality of life of employees and their families; promoting stable development of Regions and improving the well-being of the population in the territories of “Ukrzaliznytsia”; maintaining environmental stability and energy efficiency; improving the corporate image, growing intangible assets, building credit confidence of the population. A mechanism for managing socio-economic responsibility in railway transport is proposed, which is a sequential passage of planning, implementation, control and reporting stages, which allows integrating a set of efforts in the field of socio-economic responsibility and management tasks into a single block business processes. It is established that an important result of socioeconomic responsibility of railway transport enterprises is the creation a positive image of the railway industry. The sequence of this process is revealed. Thus, the application of a socially responsible approach makes it possible to improve the quality of transportation, the competitiveness of the railway industry and is an integral system component of ensuring sustainable and safe operation of railway transport.
