dc.description.abstractUA: Дисертацію присвячено обґрунтуванню теоретико-методологічних і науково- практичних основ інтелектуалізації управління холістичним розвитком підприємств у турбулентних умовах господарювання. Сформовано об’єктивні закономірності еволюційної трансформації системи управління як підґрунтя холістичного розвитку підприємств на основі архетипіки в рамках історично- об’єктивних періодів розвитку суспільства. Розроблено концептуалізацію інтелектуалізації управління холістичним розвитком промислових підприємств залізничного транспортного машинобудування. Запропоновано методологічні аспекти інтелектуалізації управління холістичним розвитком підприємств на засадах процесів розвитку сцієнтизму й антисцієнтизму. Сформовано інтегрований механізм інтелектуалізації управління холістичним розвитком підприємств. Запропоновано модель прийняття ефективного управлінського рішення щодо впровадження стратегічно-цільових комплексів інтелектуалізації управління холістичним розвитком промислових підприємств. Розроблено синектичний підхід до інтелектуалізації управління холістичним розвитком підприємств. Запропоновано парадигму мистецтва інтелектуалізації управління підприємством, мотиваційний механізм формування та використання колективного інтелекту в процесі забезпечення холістичного розвитку підприємств.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractEN: The purpose of the thesis work is to develop and scientifically substantiate theoretical and methodological statements, practical recommendations for ensuring the intellectualization of management of enterprise’s holistic development in modern turbulent conditions under the influence of endogenous and exogenous factors. In the process of theoretical substantiation of the subject plane of research the paradigm of art of intellectualization of management of the enterprise which is based on fundamental positions of a science of management has been offered, considering the multidimensionality and various interconnectedness of difficult system-forming elements, when revealing objective laws of their formation and development as a result of intensive production of creative knowledge (intellectualization is the leading paradigm of management). During the research the categorical syllogism of intellectualization of management of enterprise’s holistic development has been improved. It is based on the construction of system-forming theoretical induction-determined basis of use of theoretical apparatus of research through specification of essences of such concepts as "intellectualization", "enterprise management", "enterprise development", taking into account the turbulent influences of the intellectual-creative environment on scientific thought. The study of scientific and theoretical foundations provided an opportunity to substantiate the historical and evolutionary transformation of the system of development of the management system. Objective laws of evolutionary transformation of the management system have been formed as a basis for holistic development of enterprises based on archetypes as a set of scientific views and trends within the historical and objective periods of development of society, which form the value- semantic basis. On the basis of generalization of existing scientific researches methodological approaches to scientific knowledge have been offered as the basis of intellectualization of management of enterprise’s holistic development on the ground of the processes of development of scientism and antiscientism which are based on the objective basis of definition of essence of science as a contradictory direction of positive or negative influence on the person and society in terms of solving a number of inherent tasks. Methods and models for assessing the level of development of industrial enterprises have been analyzed. They are based on the systematization of complex methods and models. It allows to assess the level of enterprise development reliably, and it is the basis for ensuring the effectiveness of highly organized intellectual management of enterprise’s holistic development. Based on the study, the scientific and practical approach to assessing the level of development of industrial enterprises of railway transport engineering has been improved. It consists in the formation of a comprehensive evaluation system using a set of components and their indicators, integrated assessment of the level of development for producing the effective management decisions and formation of strategic goals for improving the process of intellectualization of management of enterprise’s holistic development. The thesis work has suggested a synectic approach to intellectualization of management of enterprise’s holistic development, which is based on potential alternatives for the accumulation of intellectual and innovative activity of human resources (staff) based on the use of mechanisms of cognitive dissonance of socio- psychological interaction in the processes of intellectual activity. Complex scientific and practical aspects to localization and neutralization of risks in the process of intellectualization of management of holistic development of industrial enterprises of railway transport engineering have been developed. They are based on the statements of modern riskology and verification of complementary criteria for localization and neutralization of risks of different etymologies of origin. As a result of the research, strategic-targeted complexes of intellectualization of management of holistic development of industrial enterprises have been developed. They are based on consolidated realization of a set of strategically-oriented directions of management, taking into account direct and indirect influence of micro- and macro- environment. According to the results of the research, the determinant-motivational basis of formation and use of collective intelligence in the process of providing the holistic development of enterprises has been offered on the basis of the motivational mechanism of formation and use of collective intelligence in the process of providing the holistic development of enterprises. An integrated mechanism of intellectualization of management of enterprise’s holistic development has been formed. It is based on the use of a multi-agent approach in real time in a continuous flow of events, that allows the management system to respond automatically to changes in the status of orders (production of innovative and creative solutions) and resources in real time. Also, it is based on a full or partial combination of options, as a result of which the system monitors the implementation and initiates the reconfiguration in case of detecting the contradictions between the plan and the fact. In the process of research the conceptualization of intellectualization of management of holistic development of industrial enterprises of railway transport engineering has been developed. It is based on the integration of fundamental principles, which allows to determine the intellectually-oriented vectors of development of industrial enterprises of railway transport engineering on the basis of a holistic (comprehensive) approach to management. That is, it is a socially-oriented management of both processes and resources, which forms an effective motivational policy of enterprises with a sufficient level of efficiency at lower costs for other areas of activity.-
