Підвищення ранньої міцності бетону залізобетонних шпал комплексними добавками

Abstract

UA: У вступі наведено загальну характеристику роботи, зокрема, доведено актуальність обраної теми, показано ї зв'язок з науковими програмами та планами, сформульовано мету, об'єкт і предмет, завдання досліджень, викладено положення наукової новизни, обґрунтовано достовірність і практичне значення отриманих результатів, наведено дані про їх апробацію. Виробництво залізобетонних шпал є дуже ресурсоенергоємним через високу проектну міцність бетону та, особливо, необхідність швидкого отримання передаточної міцності 32 МПа, тому пошук і обґрунтування застосування комплексних добавок, які забезпечують високу ранню міцність бетону за природного або малопрогрівного режимів твердіння, є актуальним завданням. Актуальність підкреслюється виконанням досліджень у складі держбюджетних науково-дослідних робіт МОН України. Метою дослідження є обґрунтування виробництва попередньо напружених залізобетонних шпал з режимами твердіння природним або малопрогрівним за рахунок застосування комплексних добавок, що не спричиняють корозійного впливу на сталеву арматуру. Предмет дослідження – бетон залізобетонних шпал з добавками суперпластифікаторів полікарбоксилатів, прискорювачів електролітів та дисперсії гідросилікатів кальцію, об’єкт дослідження – ранні стадії процесу твердіння та формування ранньої міцності цього бетону. Результати досліджень апробовані на 4-х міжнародних конференціях у 2019-21 рр. та опубліковані у 7 роботах, у т.ч. 2 статтях у фахових виданнях України, 2 статтях у виданнях, що індексуються НМБД Scopus, 1 статті у закордонному виданні.

EN: A general description of the work was presented at the introduction, in particular, the relevance of the chosen topic was proved, the connection with scientific programs and plans was shown, the purpose, object and subject, research objectives was formulated, sets out the provisions of scientific novelty, substantiates the reliability and practical significance of the results, data on their approbation was given. The production of reinforced concrete sleepers is very resource-intensive due to the high design strength of concrete and, especially, the need to quickly obtain a transfer strength of 32 MPa, so finding and justifying the use of complex additives that provide high early strength of concrete under natural or low-heat curing is an actual task. The relevance of the research is determined by the implementation of the research in the composition of the state budgetary research works of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The purpose of the research is to develop the production of pre-stressed reinforced concrete sleepers with natural or lowtemperature hardening conditions due to the use of complex additives that do not cause corrosion effects on the steel reinforcement. The subject of the research - concrete of concrete sleepers with additives of superplasticizers polycarboxylates, electrolytes accelerators, and dispersion of calcium hydroxylate; the research object -early stages of the hardening process and formation of early strength of this concrete. The results of the research were approved at four international conferences in 2019- 21 and published in seven papers, including two articles in the Ukrainian publications, two articles in the publications indexed by Scopus, one article in the foreign edition.
