Особливості зносу поверхні катання коліс

Abstract

UA: У статті розглянуто особливості механізму зносу поверхні катання коліс, а також досліджено основні джерела утворення частинок зносу. Запропоновано комплексний підхід до механізму зношування залізничних коліс, що включає вивчення структурних змін, що відбуваються в поверхневих шарах ободів, аналіз частинок зносу і встановлення механізму їх утворення.

EN: In practice there for more than 60 types of defects set of wheels that arise under the influence of various factors , and from them , directly or indirectly dependent on traffic safety. Therefore, set of wheels, which exceed the established defects undergo repair or excluded from the inventory. The article describes the features of the mechanism of wear of the wheel thread, as well as to study the main sources of the wear particles. Results of the analysis of micro-cracks , peeling and wear particles , as well as the mechanisms of their formation showed that the wear of the wheel thread is a complex phenomenon that occurs by several mechanisms (fatigue, adsorption, corrosion, wear by friction) and is a multifactorial process, and the change state of the surface layer of the rim during operation reduces its quality characteristics.
